Engr. Joel M. Mukollos is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with over 35 years of experience in refinery operations, maintenance management, commissioning, reliability engineering, and project execution within the oil, gas, and industrial sectors.

He has successfully managed projects valued at over $50 million, led refinery operations with zero unplanned shutdowns over a seven-year period, and played key roles in improving plant availability and operational efficiency. His expertise spans maintenance and reliability management, turnaround planning, commissioning support, workforce development, and technical consulting.
